Orders are shipped via USPS ground. Shipping rates vary by shipping weight and shipping location.

HIGHNMIGHTY CBD products are available for purchase and can ship to 44 states within the USA.

We do not support the sale or purchase of hemp and hemp-derived CBD products in the following U.S. states:

• Hawaii.

• Idaho.

• Iowa.

• Mississippi.

• New Hampshire.

• South Dakota.

All orders are shipped via USPS ground, and are fulfilled within 2-5 business days. Please note that all processing times & shipping times are based on business days which excludes weekends and National Holidays. Processing during promotional periods may also take longer due to an influx of orders.

Shipping is automatically calculated based upon the weight of the order and shipping location.

No, HIGHNMIGHTY currently does not ship outside of the United States.

HIGHNMIGHTY products are only available for purchase and ship within 44 U.S. states.

Our shipping labels and shipper boxes do not contain any information that the package contains CBD products inside.

Sample Availability and Fulfillment

HIGHNMIGHTY may, at its sole discretion, honor product sample requests on a complimentary basis or may charge a nominal shipping and handling fee. Samples are offered strictly while supplies last and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue sample fulfillment at any time without notice.

Subscription Required Before Requesting a Sample

To receive access to the sample request form, you must first subscribe to our mailing list. Once subscribed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your sample request. We do this to prioritize those who want to stay connected with HIGHNMIGHTY and support our growing community. If you’re not subscribed, you won’t be eligible to receive a sample. Click on the link to our homepage. Enter your email at the bottom of the homepage where it says "SUBSCRIBE".

Submission of Personal Information

By submitting your address and contact information, you agree to allow HIGHNMIGHTY and its affiliated entities to use this information for the purpose of fulfilling your sample request, subject to product availability. Submission does not guarantee sample fulfillment or delivery.

Samples are provided “as-is” with no guarantees, warranties, or representations, express or implied. Receipt of a sample does not create any business or consumer relationship beyond the scope of this offer.

Limitation of Liability

HIGHNMIGHTY shall not be liable for any damages, delays, or losses arising from or related to the sample request, processing, shipment, or use of any product sample. Submitting a request constitutes acceptance of these terms.
