Yeah, I said it.

Do it. Nobody cares.

It sounds harsh, but it’s actually freeing as hell once you really get it. We spend so much time worrying about what people will think — what we wear, what we post, how we move, who’s watching. But truthfully? Everyone’s too busy dealing with their own shit to care that much.

So go ahead. Dance in your kitchen. Post the thing. Wear the fuzzy red boots. Move your body. Be loud, be soft, be sensual, be strong — whatever version of you feels real.

That’s how HIGHNMIGHTY started. In my kitchen. Music playing, oil melting on the stove, me experimenting with eucalyptus and coconut oil just trying to make something that felt good. I didn’t have a marketing plan or an investor deck — I had a feeling. I knew if it helped me, it would help other people too.

Fast forward all these years later and we’re still doing it the same way: small batch, hand-poured, intentional, from the heart. We’ve never jacked up our prices. If anything, we’ve lowered them, because I want as many people as possible to feel what we create. These products are medicine — for muscles, for skin, for your spirit.

And yeah, it’s the holiday season. Everyone’s hustling, selling, pushing, promoting. We have to — it’s how we stay alive as small businesses. But beneath the noise, I just wanted to pause and remind you (and myself) why we started this in the first place.

Movement. Music. Healing. Connection.

That’s my HIGHNMIGHTY method. It’s what keeps me grounded. When I lift weights, dance or just sit in the sun, I feel connected to something bigger. And when I get your messages — when you tell me our balm helped your mom’s arthritis, or our budder soothed your skin, or our spritz made you feel calm again — I know I’m doing exactly what I’m meant to be doing.

Some people might not get me — I post in my underwear, I swear, I say what I mean. But I’m not here to make everyone comfortable. I’m here to be real. To create. To keep showing up exactly as I am.

So as we slide into Christmas, let this be your reminder:

You don’t need permission.

You don’t need validation.

You don’t need to shrink.

Do it.

Nobody cares.

And that’s the best gift you’ll ever give yourself.
