Why You May Notice Some Changes at HIGHNMIGHTY

If you’ve been part of the HIGHNMIGHTY community for a while, you may notice some changes on our website in the coming weeks.
For years, one of my favorite parts of running this business has been sharing customer stories. Not because I wanted to make grand claims, but because hearing how people incorporate our products into their daily routines, movement practices, and self-care rituals has always felt like the heart of what we do.
Unfortunately, the regulatory environment surrounding hemp and CBD products continues to change, and sometimes those changes happen quickly and with very little clarity for small businesses trying to do the right thing.
As a result, we’re taking a closer look at some of the language used throughout our website, social media, and customer reviews.
What’s particularly challenging is that even genuine customer experiences can sometimes be interpreted as claims that small businesses like ours aren’t permitted to make. That means some reviews and testimonials we’ve proudly shared for years may need to be removed or edited—not because they aren’t real, but because the rules around how they’re presented continue to evolve.
And honestly, that’s hard.
Because HIGHNMIGHTY has never been about making promises. It’s never been about miracle cures or exaggerated marketing.
It’s always been about creating products by hand, using ingredients we believe in, and building a community around movement, self-care, and feeling good in your own body.

Reviews like this one remind me why we’ve continued doing what we do for so many years.
What means the most to me isn’t necessarily hearing that someone purchased a product. It’s hearing that they felt cared for. That they appreciated the handwritten note. That they tried something new because we included a sample. That they felt connected to a small, woman-owned business that’s still making products in small batches, one jar at a time.
As regulations continue to shift, we’ll continue adapting right alongside them.
What won’t change is our commitment to creating products thoughtfully, making them in small batches, and treating every customer order like it matters—because it does.
Thank you for being here, for supporting small business, and for allowing HIGHNMIGHTY to be part of your daily rituals, routines, and moments of self-care.
With gratitude,
Lisa
